This video footage of my father, his friend, and me “spotting” for white-tailed deer in northern Pennsylvania was shot in late-fall 2006. Spotting is a popular activity to do just before the hunting season begins. It’s a way to get excited about the upcoming hunt, scout locations, and alleviate some of the boredom of sitting around the cabin.
